Billy Gill is a Los Angeles-based yogi whose popular classes at Yogaworks and Urth Yoga focus on aligning with the breath to direct intention and experience surrender. He first discovered yoga while studying theatre at Meadows School of the Arts at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. In 2003, while working as an actor and musician in Chicago, he began practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and soon became enthralled with the process of Yoga. He is grateful to his teachers for this life-changing practice, which he loves to share with others because, at its core, yoga is about a joyful connection.
